Tina Fey might be known for her work as a comedy actor, writer, producer, and playwright but she also holds the title of mom with two daughters. The best way she summed up motherhood was saying, “Being a mother has made me so tired. And so happy.”
Despite the lack of sleep, Fey loves being a mom and has even worked on a movie about motherhood in the comedy film “Baby Mama” with Amy Poehler. In the movie, Fey plays a successful businesswoman named Kate who wants to be a mother and attempts to have a baby through a surrogate Angie (played by Poehler).
In the movie, Kate takes care of Angie which prepares her for motherhood without realizing it and going through all the steps of preparing for a baby including babyproofing that also proves to be Angie-proof. Fey gave birth to her first daughter a couple of years before making the “Baby Mama” movie which she used as inspiration for her character Kate.
